When – Thursday, June 1st from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Where – Walden Grove HS Gymnasium
Cost – $20 per athlete if signed up ahead of time/$35 for walk-ins (CASH please)
What to Bring – A sports physical exam packet with all parent forms/medical history filled out and your payment
