School Meal Account Balances

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we look forward to welcoming your students back to Sahuarita Unified School District in August. Please note that any remaining balance in your student’s cafeteria account will automatically carry forward to the new school year. 


If your student has graduated, withdrawn, or is transferring out of the district, you may request a refund of the remaining balance.  Please contact the Food Service Department to request a refund, and allow approximately two weeks for refund processing.

Any funds left in a student’s account one month after graduation or withdrawal from the district will be transferred to the District Angel Fund Account. These funds are used to assist other students in our district who have negative meal account balances.
