** Children must be 5 years of age before September 1, 2016.**
You will need to complete an enrollment packet (available at Kindergarten Round–Up or online) and bring a copy of the following:
- Original birth certificate plus a copy for school to keep
- Proof of residency:
- current electric or water utility bill
- rental lease agreement/ or home purchase contract
- Current immunization records plus one copy for school to keep
- Photo ID (parent or guardian and does not apply as Proof of Residency)
- Guardianship Papers (if applies)
