Public Records Request

Public record requests are processed in the order received and may take up to 30 days to fulfill, although the response time can be shorter or longer depending on the request, the location of the requested records, and the amount of research required. Please be advised that Arizona law does not require the Sahuarita Unified School District to create records that do not already exist in order to comply with a public records request. Requests for customized reports and/or data may be denied.

Fee Schedule


Non-Commercial

    • Photocopies:  $0.25 per page after the first 20 pages.
    • USB or CD: $15.00 each

Commercial

Records provided for commercial use may include additional charges pursuant to A.R.S. § 39-121.03(A). Records are released upon receipt of payment. Checks are made payable to Sahuarita Unified School District #30

    • Photocopies: $0.25 per page (greyscale) and copy time at $30.00 per hour (with a minimum charge of $30.00). 
    • USB or CD: $15.00 each and transfer of records time at $30.00 per hour (with a minimum charge of $30.00).
    • Electronic Database: The standard fee per copy of a single database record for commercial use is $150.
