Through the Pima Early Education Program (PEEP) grant, families who have prekindergarten children ages 4 or 5 years old may be eligible to receive a scholarship to attend the Early Childhood Center half-time program Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

The PEEP mission is built on research that shows that children who attend high-quality preschool programs are better prepared for kindergarten.  There are long-term benefits, too: Children are more likely to graduate high school, have higher incomes, and have better health. High-quality preschool benefits not only children but also families, schools, and our community as a whole. 

Families with age and income-eligible children who are interested in the program can apply by downloading and completing the application below. Completed applications should be returned to the Early Childhood Center at 16170 S Starlight View Ln, Sahuarita, AZ 85629. 

Documents needed:

• Interest form/ application
• Parent/guardian photo ID
• Birth Certificate of eligible child
• First page of 1040 form of most recent tax form (if applicable)
• Proof of unemployment (if applicable)
