On September 15, 2021, the SUSD Governing Board voted to request a survey of parents and staff regarding their current opinion on the idea of requiring masks in schools.  Currently, masks are optional, and there is no imminent change anticipated at the present time. The purpose of this survey is to collect updated staff and parent feedback in regards to perspectives about this particular topic of mask use.

To protect the validity of the survey and ensure that only Sahuarita families participate, we are asking families to sign in to Google using their child’s school-issued email account (@susdlearns.net). You will need to do this prior to selecting the link for the survey below. It is important to keep your child’s login information confidential to safeguard their school account. Only one survey per account is permitted.
