Effective teachers “get out of the way.” Unconventional teaching methods bring new techniques to the classrooms which lie outside of the traditional teaching box. This PD will review successful project-based learning assignments, flexible seating arrangements, positive reinforcement techniques, assessments that “push away” from the test and so much more integrating technology, creativity, and student choice.
