Who – Any SUSD Middle School or High School Student, who meets the requirements for all SUSD middle school or high school sports/activities

When – Tuesday, June 18th, 5:30-8:30 PM

Where – Walden Grove High School Gymnasium

Cost –

• $20 for those signed up ahead of time
• $35 for walk-ins
• All funds will go to WGHS/SHS athletics!

What to Bring –

• A physical exam packet with all parent forms/ medical history filled out
• Payment of $20 (or $35 for walk-ins) per student in CASH
