Meeting Agenda on Diligent Communities

 

What is Diligent Communities?
The Sahuarita Unified School District Governing Board is now using Diligent Communities, a third party web-based delivery system of Board documents and agenda items.  The meeting agenda is posted to Diligent Communities (the Board’s governance website) on the Friday preceding the meeting date. Sahuarita Unified School District Board meeting agendas, attachments, and minutes can now be accessed on the Diligent Communities website. 

How do I access Diligent Communities?
BoardDocs can be accessed in four easy steps:

1. Visit the district’s website at www.susd30.us
2. Click on “Governing Board>Agendas.”
3. Click on the “Meeting Agenda on Diligent Communities” button above.
4. Click on “Meetings.” The current meeting agenda will be posted under the section labeled “Notice of Public Meeting”. All past meeting agendas can be found under “Recent Meetings and/or BoardDocs Imported Meetings 2020- 2025.”
