The Sahuarita Unified School District Governing Board takes great pride in the accomplishments of our students and wants to recognize the achievement of significant educational excellence in areas of academics, sports, extracurricular activities, leadership, or other criteria that clearly identifies the individual or student group as having achieved an important accomplishment.

Criteria Guidelines for Recognition:
- Placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in regional competition
- Participating in distinguished academic programs beyond the parameters of the regular school day or year
- Demonstrating exceptional service learning involvement
- Placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in state competition
- National Merit Scholar Recognition
- Perfect scores on SAT, ACT, Industry Certification/Licensure for CTE, or other
