Oursummer school programs are designed to provide Sahuarita students with educational opportunities over the summer break to refine skills, prevent learning loss, and gain academic ground. Please select the appropriate summer school program below for more information.

2021 K-8th Summer School

For all K-8th students

Sahuarita Unified School District is offering an academic enrichment program for all SUSD Kindergarten-8th grade students at Anza Trail in June 2021!

The program includes focused literacy and math instruction, as well as various enrichment opportunities in science, art, movement, and social-emotional learning. Small class sizes and district Covid-19 protocols will be followed.

Tuition is $250, must be paid in full by April 15, 2021

  • $25 discount for sibling enrollment
  • You may use your AZ School Tax Credit for tuition
  • Space is limited- submit your deposit of $50 to reserve your space
  • This deposit will be applied toward tuition costs and is non-refundable or transferable.

We are at capacity for the SUSD K-8 Summer Enrichment Program. Please fill out the waitlist registration form at to be considered for the next open spot in the K-8 Summer School Program.


A $50 deposit is required upon completion of the registration process. Full tuition payment is due by April 15th.

Deposits will be applied toward tuition costs and all payments are non-refundable or transferable. Tuition or deposits will be refunded only if the program is canceled.

Comprehensive Program Information

Tuition: $150 per semester
Late Fee: Additional $50 if registration received after May 3, 2021.
Payments can be made online ($3 processing fee) or in person at your home high school. Please make checks payable to Sahuarita Unified School District #30.

Payments may be submitted to the front office, Carla Mariscal at Sahuarita High School or Engrid Pittenridge at Walden Grove High School, between 8:00 am – 3:00 pm until summer school begins.

Summer School Accommodations

Due to the limited time schedule for summer school, instructional accommodations are limited to only those that can be implemented daily in the classroom. Extended time for completion of work cannot be honored due to the time constraint of summer school. Work must be completed within the established summer school schedule.
